CREATIVE DESIGN METHODS
SUNGLASS DESIGN
I was part of a very rigorous educational experience at the University of Minnesota in a class tasked with cultivating original ideas and the methodology associated with that. I learned divergent and convergent methods of design thinking, conducted market research, user-interviews, surveys, led a focus group brainstorm session, I learned the S.C.A.M.P.E.R method of innovative idea generation and finally presented a collection of 5 novel sunglass ideas.

Frames designed to be worn for all day comfort with no discomfort behind ears even after long periods of continued use. The futuristic "Nose Cone" device painlessly securely adheres to the bridge of the nose, adding a modern profile to a quirky look.
